    Quality Concern/Broken Leg

    Overall, chair is really cute. Love the fabric and size. However, I’m concerned about quality. Legs are constantly becoming loose. One rear leg on the chair completely broke in half and is un-fixable. But perhaps my biggest disappointment is in Target customer service. Chair is less than two weeks old so I was given the option to try and return it at my local Target store, but since I didn’t have the box, I could only hope that the store would allow a refund/order an exchange. The HomePop company does NOT replace back legs, I also reached out to them. Overall, disappointed in the way Target has handled this quality issue.

    Disappointed

    I have purchased this chair before for an office chair or an accent chair and have been impressed and happy so I decided to purchase 4 more for my dining room. The inconsistency in these chairs is so disappointing. Two of the chairs have light pale wood legs and two have a dark rich almost mahogany hue to them. One of them has a cracked leg down the seam of the wood and two chairs were missing washers. Such a beautiful product it’s so unfortunate that the chairs seem so inconsistent. Shouldn’t be the “luck of the draw” when purchasing the same item 6 times. Be weary.

    Great Chair

    The chair is sturdy and stylish! I purchased 2 and am very pleased with the product. Super easy to put together -- it was nicely packaged and all you had to do was screw in the legs...the seat and back are one piece, resulting in a clean look and a comfy chair. The legs are little more orange-y than pictured and I may refinish them so they blend better with my decor. Highly recommend.
