1. Upon Arrival: Our duvet insert comes vacuum-packed for efficient shipping. If it looks flat, give it a good shake and let it rest for a few days to fluff up. A slight smell may occur due to natural filling, just air it out in a well-ventilated space for 24+ hours.
2. Washing Tips: Machine washable and dryable. Make sure to dry thoroughly. A slight odor after drying or storage is normal, just air it out again to refresh.
