I have tried every kind of "fake" noodle, the mushrooms, the roots, spaghetti squash, zuchini squash. This is BY FAR most like a noodle. It has the stretch, no crunch, no weird texture. I've only made it once. It actually was a little TOO stretchy, but leftovers next day was perfect. No way could I tell a difference. So maybe cooking it a little more, or something. I will figure it out. Wish they sold in stores, but I get free delivery anyway, so hopefully they won't stop making it. You know when you find something good, they usually get rid of it :)

Good taste

Doesn't have the sour/bitter tast that other konjac noodles brands seem to have. Tastes good with pasta sauce. Taste is similar to regular pasta except for texture that is chewier and harder than pasta, but thats just how konjac pasta is.

Better tban palmini

My wife and I love this as it taste more like real pasta than palmini or zucchini noodles. Does not take long to cook and when paired with a good red sauce and meatballs, it is even better.
