Great for what it is, but don't expect the texture of fettuccine.

It's great, but calling it fettuccine was a mistake. The texture is more reminiscent of Asian rice noodles than fettuccine. If you take your first bite thinking of fettuccine, you'll be terribly disappointed. I had mine with keto stir fry - it was delicious.

Yummy

I like the texture of the fettuccine. It does pretty good with Italian flavors, but is especially great with Asian flavors. I like to prepare ahead of time (2-12 hours) to take to work and that gives the flavors time to soak in and it’s much more delicious than eating them immediately after adding toppings.

Closer to reg pasta than the other brand !

received the variety pak and thought is was good, I like the absorbance better than Mircale noodles. trying to limit carbs and this is great for that.

Surprisingly Versatile

With Italian meat sauce, as udon in chicken broth with seasonings and vegetables (and a little Momofuku Chili Crunch!), in chicken noodle soup, in mac and cheese. Delicious.

Alfredo pasta

I thought it was great. Made it with alfredo sauce and a turkey chop and it was delicious! I'm on the keto diet so I can't have pasta and was craving it. This really solved my craving! When you open the bag it kinda smells funny, but after you drain it and rinse it, it's fine. Will be buying more

Game changer for low carb eaters

I love everything about this pasta! It's easy to prepare, it tastes great and VERY low carb!!!!!!!! So far I've used the fettuccini and the angel hair and I can't wait to try the other products! Total game changer for me!
