[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had this type of food before so I was interested to try it. It was easy to prepare over the stove and didn’t require any other ingredients if I didn’t want to add them, which was nice. I cooked it in a pan and ended up putting shredded cheese in it and melting the cheese, then putting salsa on top. It was good and I like everything about it except the smoky flavor. This may be standard for Mexican street corn and I just am unfamiliar with this particular dish. But other than the smokiness, the ease of preparation, the spices, the fact that it’s a whole dish in one container and just needs to be heated up…all great!

Pleasantly surprised
