A: Yes absolutely you can. Ultra high phenolic EVOO is the best to cook with because the polyphenols (antioxidants) protect it from oxidation at high temperatures.

A Beautiful Christmas Presenr
My daughter told me she had never bought extra virgin olive oil. So, I went looking for quality extra virgin olive oil and found your site. I saw the bottle, your story and the reviews and was hooked! My daughter is an amazing cook. We go all out for my one and only grandson who is now in his 1st year at Ohio State and the dinner. I bought this because a recipe I wanted to try called for Greek olive oil. So glad I found this. I am experimenting with it now, but thoroughly enjoyed it in the first dish/recipe. I may consider trying some of the other flavors.

Love it!
I love it so much. I have low milk supply and notice more milk after I started adding to my diet. I know it doesn’t directly produce milk but I’m sure it helped in some ways. I also avoided eating olive oil cuz I didn’t like how it smelled but this brand is different it doesn’t have a strong smell and doesn’t make me nauseous at all. It’s on the pricy side but the quality is superb!
