VERB Hydrating Conditioner Reformulation - 12 fl oz - Ulta Beauty: For All Hair Types, Moisturizing, Deep Hydration

This is second time i get my conditioner and its opened up,and I loose some product out of my bottle. I think this needs to be packaged better with care considering this is not cheap hair products. The last time i said something nothing was done and it had happened again very frustrating!

I spent 15 minutes trying to get dime sized knots out of my hair after using this "conditioner". It did not condition at all, and it left what felt almost like a film on my hair. The fragrance is also almost unbearably strong.

Advanced apologies for any typos as the app doesnt autocorrect…For me, the good outweighs the bad since the only bad i have to say on this is the smell. I don't know what the smell is going for but its not my favroite, my husband said he thought it smelled chemically. Its a light scent which is refreshing that it doesnt fill the air like a lot of hair products, id say its an attempt at a "clean and fresh" smell with a undernote of vanilla maybe and its just not my favorite but honestly not the worst smell for hair lol. Now the good! I have long and thick hair, im used to having to use globs of conditioner with some brands to get to a manageable and brushable state but this stuff is gold! I use what would be about half a tablespoon and post shower my hair brushes out so beautifully. Using both shampoo and conditioner i personally feel like ive seen a bit more shine and moisture in my hair and would recommend the product but hope for a better smell for it to come!

I cannot get past the smell

Love it leaves my hair soft and theres less frizz on top of that it has a slight scent but its not gross.

It is very good, very hydrating and leaves it shiny.

This might be one of the worst shampoo & conditioners that I've used. Dish soap would be more hydrating. It completly dried out my hair and turned it into a tangled, frizzy, coarse mess. I will stick to the Ghost shampoo & conditioner - those are great.

Like the conditioner, have arthritis have trouble getting the conditioner out of the bottle, took cap off still had trouble getting the conditioner out.

This is probably my favorite Verb conditioner. I also like the volume conditioner, but the hydrating one is thicker if you need more frizz control and moisture. I have wavy curly fine hair and I love this stuff. I've repurchased a few times.

Love this conditioner, really provides great hydration to my hair!

This product is VERY drying and smells very strong of a mens musky cologne. My hair felt like straw after I applied it and I used 2 conditioning masks afterward and it still did not restore the moisture. Please take my advice and do not purchase this product.

I buy this for my son and he really likes it - he has longer hair and works great for him

GREAT fixed my hair. My hair has a lot of color and heat damage. Its made my hair soft and have plenty of volume. This and the shampoo are amazing.

Leaves my hair hydrated

I tried three conditioners from Verb: Volume, Ghost, and Hydrate. None of them conditioned my hair. All 3 of them smell horrible and strong. Verb Hydrate Conditioner smells the worst. It smell like men's cologne and semen....ABSOLUTELY VILE SMELL.

I loved the original Verb Ghost shampoo and conditioner but sadly this wasn't the same. It left my hair heavy and look greasy. Was disappointed and went back to the original Verb.

I have tried 3 of your shampoo/creme rinse products and love all of them! They leave my hair shinny and manageable :heart_eyes:

Please bring back the old formula. I used the former formula for years and had no problems as I have a sensitive scalp. The new formula has a strong scent. Not using Verb anymore since the change to both the shampoo and conditioner.

Amazing product! I've been using the Hydrate line for about a year now and can really feel the results.
