A: For me, as a teenager myself it is a much better option compared to monster or red bull. Something my parents used to do was research the energy drink before letting me have it, just because of all the nasty ingredients out there. While energy drinks aren't the best for you this one is definitely a lot better then Monster or Red bull!

This is SO good. I also like that it’s 180mg of caffeine compared to other energy drinks so it’s not overwhelming. There are multiple really good flavors. We drink one of these daily.

Please avoid this drink if you're anxiety-prone or caffeine sensitive. The drink tastes fine, but about an hour after drinking, the jitters and anxiousness will hit. It's a very uncomfortable feeling to come from a health drink, and it's unlike anything I've experienced with other sodas or even alcohol.

I started buying Bloom a couple months ago and I have not looked back! They have clean ingredients and taste amazing. I love that they have natural energy and I feel like they help with mood as well. They have prebiotics so I know I'm helping my gut. I have tried all of the flavors and love them all but the Strawberry Watermelon is my favorite. I will be purchasing these regularly!

I first grabbed it on a whim because it was right by where I work, and I was pleasently surprised. I find it a really good pick-me-up without getting jittery, and I haven't felt a crash from them yet. I also enjoyed the flavor, a lot like ICE waters, but with a little extra flavor to it that I can't identify. It's never upset my stomach like others are saying, but I've only ever drank it after eating something.
