[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner is super lightweight and doesn’t weigh my curls down, which I love. It smells fresh and makes detangling easier. I just wish it gave a bit more moisture and lasting definition, especially for thicker hair types.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weightless is the perfect word to describe this leave-in. The consistency is lightweight but not watery. Although it’s not thick in consistency, it has amazing slip. I use it every morning on my 3 year old’s hair to help detangle before brushing/combing it. The only issue I have is, the hydrating/moisturizing properties aren’t long lasting. You can tell by the picture it’s about half way done so it’s been used consistently yet, by the end of the day, hair doesn’t look or feel as moisturized. The scent is great! It’s hard to describe other than clean, like freshly washed hair. Not tropical, floral or fruity, just clean. I love it.

You can see in the pictures, it does define the curls and keeps moisture. The texture is not too thick nor too thin and I love that. It does take some motion to get it mixed in the hair really well, if you don’t it can leave a white cast. Once soaked up, the shine will come through.

It helped my hair to be manageable and go from flat after a wash to a quick fro all from my front seat. Initially I could see the white but by the time I arrived at my location 20min later it was blended in. My hair felt soft and moisturized and not greasy. It also didn’t leave my hair feeling like it had a lot of product buildup after a couple of days. I also found it worked well to help come through my hair after taking down twists that were in for a couple of weeks. The smell is also a plus. Such a pleasant and clean smell. I will definitely keep it in my rotation of leave in conditioners.

This is one of the Cantu products that we’ve tried that works for all hair types. Many of the ones we’ve tried before don’t work for all my kids who have very different hair types. Definitely love the lightweight formula that works well for finer curls but also moisturizes enough for coily curls. It has a great smell that’s not super overpowering and that my girls enjoy. It layers well with other products and leaves their curls looking soft, hydrated, healthy and moisturized. It has become a staple in my girls’ hair care routine.

The packaging’s colors are so pretty. Full transparency, my hair needs to be washed and retwist, so I’m looking forward to using it on clean hair. But in the interim, it’s working well for my hair, both my loose natural curls and locs. I recommend this product and I’m so happy I can use it on my wig for both replenishing the moisture as well as during the flat ironing because it’s also provides heat protection up to 482 degrees which is more than enough for my needs.

It has a very light scent of Green Tea that smells good to me and won’t be overwhelming for people who are sensitive to fragrances. I used it as a leave-in for a hairstyle I was wearing for a professional Gala. The style came out great and after I washed my hair my curls came back just fine. I only noticed very slight heat damage…but maybe I went slightly over the heat recommendation for the product. Otherwise, I would recommend!
