Solid Knitted Striped Area Rug - Threshold™

This rug is very shiny and is a bluish grey. Charcoal is advertised -not blue. :( Have to return because it does not match items already in home. Wish we had taken photos of it while rolled out for proof .

The rug arrived earlier than expected. The packaging could be improved. The only thing protecting it during shipment is one single rug bag. It should be doubled. The rug bag was dirty and stinky from the shipping process, but the rug inside was clean and fresh. I didn’t notice any horrific scent from the carpet other than a new carpet sent, which faded away. I ordered a 9 x 12 and the size was accurate. The rug is very soft and has a nice thickness. It’s plush without being too thick or too thin. It did arrive with some snags. The rug I received has a manufacturer defect. On one end it’s patchy and missing rug fibers. However, this could simply be hidden under a sofa since it’s only on one edge. I purchased the rug in the gold color. The color looks different rolled up compared to rolled out. The rug’s color has variations, depending on lighting. When it’s rolled out flat, it appears to be a golden caramel color. The color is really nice, but it’s not for me. It’s too warm for my design. This rug color would probably pair very well with rich green, black, charcoal, white, cream or ivory sofas. It can pair well with luxury, contemporary, organic, or casual design. The ivory rug might be a better color for my design but it was out of stock. I would say that this rug is very nice and great for the price. I wish there were more color options to choose from other than the current options.

Absolutely disgusting. When I opened this rug, I was blasted with the rancid stench of animal urine — hands down the worst thing I’ve ever smelled. I nearly threw up. Target dumped the problem on me and offered zero solution for returning a massive 8×10 rug. I wasted an hour on the phone with rude, useless customer service, then another hour wrestling it back into the original packaging with two full rolls of tape. All I did was cut the plastic open and the smell filled my apartment instantly. Appalling quality, atrocious service - DO NOT BUY.

Rug is nice but arrived half open and damaged from delivery. Target would only refund $10 for the $260 spent on the rug.

This rug is beautiful! I have the green and as another reviewer said, it is perfect for mid century decor. My room does not have a lot of natural light so it looks more blue green to me, but I love it! It is also very soft and while not fluffy, it feels plush.

A nice deep green with lighter green blends really well together. Was hesitant to buy with no reviews, but products from target always look like the stock photos 👌. It’s so soft I could take a nap on it. Only negative is that there was a small section that had pulled strands but I cut them off and they aren’t noticeable.
