    Golden perfection!

    Perfect cornbread muffins every time! Since I started using this mix, I’ve never wanted to go back to making them from scratch! These rise beautifully, are light, with a lovely crumb. No one ever suspects these are gluten-free!

    this mix is a winner! I did add a few things to it, but the base mix was excellent. You could add one half cup of creamed corn, chopped jalapeño or serrano peppers, and some grated cheddar cheese or, if you are a purist, these muffins stand alone quite nicely. After baking this up, I bought two more mixes. It's that good

    Good for dinner even better as dessert!!!

    I make muffins. They go for one dinner with hubby (not a gluten free guy) then I claim the rest for future desserts. . . . I freeze them. Take out one at a time, warm up add butter (yes real butter) and organic honey. . . . A cup of herb tea and a good mystery!!!! Heaven.

    Texture smooth, cakey, bready—no grit.

    Not our favorite. We prefer cornbread with more grit. This one is very finely ground and very bready or cakey. Suggest adding a teaspoon of sugar for a sweeter bread.

    Good, but not great

    This is not bad, but not my favorite GF product and I am a fan of King Arthur's gluten-free baking goods. It is passable, but not very tasty and texture is very crumbly. I think the GF pumpkin mix, muffin mix and brownie mixes are superior.
