It's good, not a bad price and keeps well. I did find I had to add a little more water than what the instructions said for it to mix evenly and as they described.

I used this mix to make the Christmas Ham Focaccia and it turned out terrific. Coming across the recipe is what made me purchase the mix - it just sounded really good. It was an easy bake, thanks to the mix! I refrigerated the leftovers and heated up individual slices in the oven, wrapped in foil. Now to attempt your Recipe of the Year, the Big and Bubbly Focaccia. Thanks for excellent products and great recipes!

Easy to make but . . .
I made this for a party. The instructions were very easy and the bread turned out crispy on the outside and air soft inside. The thing I didn't like was the spice packet. It was too salty and the spices tasted a little mildewy. I used my own dried herbs and sea salt for the topping.
