It really does make a difference
This mix makes it so much easier to get a fantastic pizza dough. We find that the crust is easier to shape, that it has greater loft, and a better chew all because we used this flour instead of the all purpose flour we typically had on hand. So, we decided it's worth adding to our pantry. Even if we just want to make some quick bread sticks for soup on a cold day. It makes the work a lot easier.

It’s a keeper
I like it. Have been using it with Martin’s Neapolitan Pizza dough recipe. It’s been a perfect first recipe. The flour makes a difference. I accidentally used APF once and while it was edible, I missed the mouth feel of crust made with this flour.

Better than Pizzeria
Using this flour and the King Arthur recipe for Flaky Puff Pizza Crust resulted in the BEST pizza I have ever made…and I’ve been making my own crust for 40 years! Although you do have to plan ahead for the rising times, the hands-on effort is minimal, and it is absolutely worth the wait and effort. The crust browned beautifully, was light and super crispy, and heated up beautifully in the oven the next day. The flour is super fine and the dough is very easy to work with. We loved it…and encourage you to give it a try.

I'm a pro now with my homemade pizza! I tweaked the KAF laminated pizza dough recipe to make a smaller version for two (12"). I use a round terracotta baking dish. The butter laminating trick is wonderful and the pizza flour is perfect. (Use the Pizza Dough Flavor too!)

If you're unsure about making your own pizza dough, buy this flour.
The recipe on the bag makes a perfect dough that is easy to make. I normally put the dough together in the morning or around lunchtime and it's ready for dinner. It's thin and crispy. One night, my son, who can be very picky, told me that I needed to open a pizza shop and use that pizza recipe.
