adjustable but wish the edges tapered more
I think it’s great how they stick with the gel, because they can be moved around and adjust so if you place them in your shoe and walk for a few days and decide you want to change the positioning you can. But you do notice a step off, I wish the edges were more tapered bc sometimes if I curled my toes I could “grab” the edge

Not just for dance
I love that these don’t stick and I can switch them out between shoes. I use them for my street shoes/ high heels. They seem to stay put and don’t slide around.

Padding has enhanced comfort during ballet class
I believe the pads are helping me. They are allowing me to go more easily on demi-point, given the reduced natural padding I've experienced over the years.

Metatarsal pads very helpful
I take three ballet classes a week as part of my workout routine at the club. My feet were beginning to hurt during the end and after class. I have aging feet, so we lose some of the fat as we get older. These cushions are just enough to add back "cushioning" to my feet. So now my feet are comfortable, and I am able to dance without pain. Thank you.

These are effective and
These are effective and thin enough to fit inside shoes without taking up too much room, so my foot doesn't get squished. I haven't found them to really be all that self-sticking, but they stay in place enough to work.
