Beautiful brass lamp for your office
The Hearth and Hand with Magnolia Toggle Switch Task Lamp in Brass is a beautiful addition to your office desk or a side table. It is heavy duty and a very sturdy and stately lamp. I’m going to reorder it because the one that I received actually had a few scratches on the top of it, but I absolutely love this lamp.

Gorgeous accent lamp for my desk
I purchased this desk lamp online for my home office. This lamp in brass finish looks so much more expensive than it actually is. It definitely elevates the look of my home office and gives my desk a much more sophisticated feeling. The lamp takes any standard lightbulb and gives a nice warm glow to whatever I'm reading or looking over. The knob is easy to turn on and off. I have gotten several compliments on it already. For the price, the quality and style are exceptional and I'm very happy with it.

Beautiful Aesthetic, but Lacking in Function
I really wanted to love this lamp because, aesthetically, it is exactly what I was looking for. The brass finish is beautiful and the overall design is very sturdy and high-quality. It fits my decor perfectly and feels like a substantial, well-made piece. However, it missed the mark for me in terms of usability. The biggest issue is the lack of adjustability; I found it very difficult to change the angle or trajectory of the light to hit where I actually needed it. Because the shape isn't very flexible, the light bulb remains highly visible from most angles. This was a dealbreaker for me as the direct glare from the bulb is very hard on my eyes.

Takes up a lot of real estate
I was really excited for this table/desk lamp for my husband’s office. The pop of brass this lamp would provide is perfect for his dark navy walled office. Unfortunately this lamp is too large to really fit on his desk, the base is large and so is the bulb cover. Instead I placed it on a side table that’s also in his office. I like the ease of turning on and off the light and it does look high quality. I should also note that this light is not adjustable.

Study, practical and finished beautifully
The size of this lamp is what I want to touch on: I recommend this lamp to be used for puzzle making, crafts or something more hands on. Due to the size, I would not recommend this lamp for an average size desk. This finish is in a tarnished gold which isn’t my style but could see it being nice with someone who wants an accent of elegance.

I thought this brass lamp desk lamp would be a great addition to our office, but I don't think it was what I was expecting. It is bigger than I thought it was going to be. It is very heavy duty solid lamp. It has a nice long cord for a desk lamp. I would have liked it better if the lamp lighted part was able to move.

Table lamp, well-made nice color
I purchased this table lamp as an extra side lamp for one of the tables in my living room. I thought that the gold would add a little style and color into the room and found the lamp to be just the right size for the table I had intended it to be used. It sheds good light and looks quite nice. I like the fact that I can easily move it to a different location because of it it’s lightweight and size.
