Not bad, but could definitley be better.
The chair was somewhat difficult to assemble with many parts but was able to manage it in around 1 hour total. The massage feature is more like a rumble seat and back and is not very strong even at the highest setting. I wish the cords were easier to hid and the pocket was removable or could transfer to other armrest. Solidly build and stable chair and decently comfortable. Reclines way back which is nice and does make the massage function feel stronger when reclining.

I've been using this chair for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best office chairs I've ever owned. As a heavier person, I really appreciate the 400-pound weight capacity - no creaking, no wobbling, and solid support all day long. The recline feature and footrest make working from home so much more comfortable. The thick cushions are supportive, and the ergonomic backrest helps relieve stress from sitting for long periods of time. The stylish khaki color is the icing on the cake - it looks great in my home office! Assembly was easy, and all tools are included. If you're tall, on the heavier side, or just looking for ultimate comfort, this chair is a great choice for you. Highly recommended!

No tilt lock at different angles
The packaging is great! The chair is great! The material is great too! But the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it says there are three different tilt locks. My chair doesn't have that feature at least. I have contacted customer service and hope to hear back soon! All in all, this chair is awesome!

rarely write reviews, but this office chair really deserves every bit of praise! From the moment I got it, I was impressed. Assembly was a breeze - the clear instructions and the fact that all the accessories were included made the process quick, easy, and stress-free. I had it assembled in less than 20 minutes. As a 6'3" and 250-pound man, finding a chair that really fits can be difficult. But this chair exceeded my expectations. The seat is spacious, the backrest is high enough for full support, and the weight capacity is very stable. I never felt cramped or lacking support. Best of all, this chair is incredibly comfortable, even when sitting for hours. The cushions are supportive without being too firm, and the adjustable features allow me to adjust it to my liking. I can finally work for long periods of time without any pain or discomfort. If you are a larger person and are looking for a well-made, comfortable, stylish office chair that is easy to assemble, then this is the chair for you. Without a doubt, this is the best chair I have ever owned!

Why did you choose this product over others?: First of all, I think this chair is beautiful. It is very comfortable and very sturdy. Some similar chairs tend to kick people, but not this one. It is very simple to assemble and the quality of all the materials is very good. Just by looking at the appearance, you can tell it is real leather. The shape is very beautiful and I like it very much.

A good office chair
This office chair is comfortable, easy on the butt and back, sturdy, easy to assemble, and not expensive. The wheels roll smoothly on the wood floor. I have had it for seven months and the seat cushion is still comfortable with no noticeable sag. I am 5'10". My only complaint about this chair is that when my forearms are parallel to the sides of the chair, my forearms are about 1.25 inches above the sides of the chair instead of resting comfortably against the sides of the chair.

OMG, it was so easy to assemble! It rolls smoothly, is comfortable to sit on, and the pink color is so cute. The lifting function works just like other office chairs. The pink color is so cute, haha

This office chair is super comfortable! It arrived promptly. I waited a while to share my thoughts. I chose the black color because it's more versatile. It's also very functional for what I need. It was super easy to put together and only took about 10 minutes! I'm 5'5" and a little fluffy, and I work remotely at my desk for 10 hours a day, and this chair feels like great quality. The cushions are soft and comfortable, and they keep my hips comfortable all day long. The armrests are thick and comfortable, and they lift up completely so you can lean in completely, and the backrest provides great support. Also, the adjustable lumbar support allows me to adjust it to my preference. The wheels glide smoothly on my hardwood and low-pile carpet. I love the rocking feature, which takes a little effort to rock...but it's better for leaning back and stretching out! The only thing I would like to improve is that the seat could be a little straighter so I don't hunch over. I definitely recommend this chair! !

Arrived earlier than I expected and was exactly what I expected. It was fairly easy to put together thanks to my wife reading the instructions carefully and helping with assembly. We had it assembled in about 45 minutes and it works great. It is very comfortable and rolls very easily. I highly recommend this product.

Great chair. I am very happy with this purchase. It is very comfortable. I sit on it for 8 hours a day and have a lot of back and hip problems, this chair is really great. I used to have chairs in my company where it was difficult to stand up after sitting for 2 hours, this chair is perfect. It looks very beautiful and goes with any color furniture.

It won't last long
Exactly like the picture, just slightly worse workmanship. Although I love this chair, I don't think it will last long. I work from home so sit in the chair for more than 10 hours a day. Wish it was priced a bit higher and the workmanship was better. If I last longer than 6 months, I will come back and update my rating.

love this chair so much! I was hesitant to buy it because it was a bit pricey, but I work from home and sit at a desk all day, which gives me terrible posture, so I needed a chair that would help me sit up straight. I assembled the chair myself, and it was a bit heavy, but overall it was easy. The tools provided worked well, and the instructions were clear. Aesthetically, it's a very neutral color, and everyone who has seen it has commented on how beautiful it is and how comfortable it looks - the chair does look expensive. When I first sat on it, I wasn't sure if I would like it... maybe because the lumbar support looked a bit prominent? All in all, I tried it for a few days and I love it. I can already feel an improvement in my posture, no more back pain, and it's very comfortable all day. I've been sitting in it for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with it. It looks well made, so I'm sure it will last a long time and is worth the money. I highly recommend this chair!

I don't usually bother writing reviews, but I was very impressed with this chair. The assembly instructions were clear and the chair parts were well packaged. It took about 30 minutes to unpack and assemble. The main reason I gave it a 5 star rating is the comfort and workmanship. I play video games a lot and spend a lot of time in this chair. But I didn't feel sore at all. My wife tried it and liked it so much that she bought one and sits in it most of the day. This is definitely one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever owned.
