Disappointed

The shock that rises the chair no longer works after a couple months. The recline function no longer lock upright. Cushion padding a subpar and armrests did not bolt up correctly when assembled. Warranty is useless and Target does not allow any method to submit a request.

Very disappointed

My order arrived incomplete, it was lacking the necessary screws for assembly. Despite promptly contacting customer service two months ago, I have yet to receive the replacement screws, which were promised to arrive within 7-15 business days. This extended delay and lack of resolution are indicative of unprofessional conduct on the part of the seller and the company as a whole. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this seller, however, if someone does decide to purchase, I hope their experience is better than mine.

Very Cheap

The Back of the chair won’t stay up when you lean on it. You can’t adjust the chair to a sitting position and I really need the support for my back. The material is very cheap and not well done. The cushioning is very thin and will be flat in no time. All around a bad investment for the price. It should be one of the 29.99 chairs. First order and will not recommend.

Better Instructions

Funny thing looking at the picture, I only see one lever. Instructions were hard to find. I originally thought omitted. Pictures in instruction book poor (The seat did not look like a seat). Very poor instructions regarding the 2 levers. I called support and I complained that the back of the chair would not stay in place, I almost got a free chair. I was offered full refund and I did not have to return the chair. I guess I should of accepted the offer. I finally figured out the problem. The chair is OK
