I am super picky about hummus. I don’t like the gritty texture. It feels like I’m chewing on wet sand. But this?! THIS IS AMAZING! It’s so smooth and the lemon dill flavor is absolutely perfect! I’ll be buying this week after week after week!!!

This was really good. It had a creamy texture and really good flavor without the aftertaste. We will definitely buy it again. It did not last long in our house whereas some of the competitive brands get tossed out for going bad.

I've had Ithaca hummus before and was a huge fan of the the lemon garlic so decided to try a new flavor, lemon dill. While it was extremely flavorful, I wasn't a huge fan of the overpowering dill. That is just a personal preference though.
