It does not work on a battery only once charged; it has a rechargeable battery and a built-in USB-C port for charging when needed. Q: What is the expected life of the integrated bulb? I assume that since the bulb can't be replaced, once it goes out, the entire fixture has to get tossed.

So cute that i bought two.
I like this lamp so much that I bought two. They are gorgeous and have some weight to them. They would be handy outside on our covered patio while we have friends over and I love that I can move them easily to wherever I have a need for them. I bought the tan shade lamp so I can use it year round. The green version is also very pretty. For some reason the price is creeping up….So if y’all want one grab it before Target slaps their enormous nonsensical increase on it.

Flaws
I’ve purchased two of these with defects. The first one was very wobbly, second one the brass was tarnished. The price also went up from 29.99 not a big jump but again I just bought two of these with flaws. I’ll be trying a third time to find one without these defects.

I love the look of this lamp. It's heavy and well worth the price. It's a touch lamp so you can make it low, medium or high light. The tag says the charge lasts about 20 hours. I haven't used it that length so I'm not sure if that's accurate. It comes with a charger.

Tan Glass Lamp
Very well packages and secure in its box. No cracks or chips were found but I did notice a mark on top which looks like a scratch in the picture but was actually a glue mark on the inside. The rubber gasket was a bit stained but after cleaning looked fine. I also loved that it’s heavy for a little lamp. I moved this all around my home and loved it in every location. I’m sorry I purchased one and not two. This is a keeper.
