COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Tinted Lip Balm SPF - You Make Me Blush - 0.14oz

This review is for the color "You Make Me Blush". Formula felt nice, but the color is horrendous. It's an extremely chalky light baby pink. Can't imagine a single person this would look good on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sooooo excited to try this and it came at the perfect time too. Summer has been here in Texas and my lips need the protection. The colors are subtle but noticeable and very flattering. The packaging is simple and clean looking. It has a slight scent but nothing crazy or unpleasant and it either goes away quickly or you become used to it fast. It's super affordable and a definite must have for your make up bag or purse this summer. Colors are absolutely summer colors. I highly recommend trying it out for a cute summer look!

The colors are very sheer going on which I like but what I found was these are not hydrating enough for me. When ends up happening is the color clings together on a dry patch on my lip and looks bad. This is why I wouldn't buy. The scent was barely noticable from the stick, don't notice it at all on lips. Good amount of product. Sun protect I can't speak to. Cleaned it off once I saw the pilling of color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the formula. It’s smooth, lightweight, and doesn’t feel sticky. I also appreciate the added SPF. But I’m not totally in love with the colors. They’re a bit too bright. That said, I’d still consider trying another shade in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great light lip tint for hotter weather when you want something hydrating and that provides sun protection. The peach color looks more orange in the packaging that when put on! At first I was thrown off, but it ended super going on a nice sheer peachy color with not too much pigment. Have loved having this for pool days.

Easy to apply, no sunscreen smell or taste, and I love the baby pink shade on my very fair skin!!! I will keep this in my purse. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited for the idea of these lip balms, but the color put me off. The “Orange You A Cutie” was actually very orange-toned, and the “You Make Me Blush” was too neon pink and sparkly. I prefer a more natural color and finish. I found that the finish was a bit chalky and uneven, especially if I had moisturized my lips before. However, I love that it includes SPF. I don’t see myself wearing these on my lips, but I have considered using it for blush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the only reason I would wear these is for spf. The color is fine but the product is so waxy it pills and leaves flakes of color everywhere. The texture is not at all moisturizing, so you wouldn't even get the benefit of it being a balm. The packaging is nice and exactly what I would expect from a drugstore product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try these lip balms with sun protection because I have been looking to get some with color/shade as I’ve only used clear lip balms in the past. Unfortunately for me, the shade “you make me blush” does not look good on me, like, at all. This pink shade is really bright and looks… weird on me. Besides, these don’t blend well so when I look up closely I can see how it looks all cracked on my lips… the “orange you a cutie” shade looks better on me and is the one I used on my pic. Still, if you look up closely you can see it looks al cracked so not my favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice lip balm. One time of using it and my lips are moisturized and if they are chapped it's pretty much gone. I've never thought about putting SPF on my lips but that was a nice added touch. The colors however I was not fan of either alone. They are much better when mixed together.

My lips feel hydrated if that’s how I would describe it. They come in the perfect shade of pink and peach and are spf 15 so they are perfect for beach days.

I let my mom try one of the lip balms and she ended up giving it to my grandma. We both were not impressed with the color options. They appeared to be more “neon” than we anticipated. I normally go for coral colors, but these did not work for me.

This has a pleasant light scent and the texture is very smooth, and this lasts a long time. The tints are subtle but still add a natural pop of color. I will for sure be getting more of these for the summer, especially at such an affordable price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This SPF sunscreen provides sun protection with a pop of color. It applies cleanly and smoothly. It’s unscented, unlike many other SPF chapsticks that often have off-putting by strong scents. The formula does feel a bit sticky and thin at times, but the feeling doesn’t last too long. The cap on this chapstick comes off very easily, so I found that it opened in my bag a few times. If you find yourself wanting to reach for a tinted lip product on your days out in the sun, this product does the trick.
