I wanted these to work but alas....they did not. I had horrible dreams the whole night after taking just 1. I was waking, what felt like, all night. This could be a me thing. Melatonin tends to do this with me, but not all for some reason.

Olly is my to go brand. This product has helped me in so many positive ways in my daily life. I highly recommend this product to anyone who's having trouble sleeping or trouble keeping yourself asleep during the night. This product has been a lifesaver for me. I love that when I wake up I don't feel drowsy or kind of a hangover in a way. I always wake up feeling energetic new and ready to go.

These used to be my favorite, but they've changed the recipe and the texture. I will say I notice a difference in my quality of sleep since the change. Im very disappointed. My second favorite thing about this product was the texture and taste. Very bummed out and I hope enough people speak up so that you'll chabge everything back to the way it was.

I’ve been using Olly Extra Strength Sleep gummies on nights when I struggle to wind down, and they work really well. Within about 30 minutes I feel more relaxed and ready for bed, and I stay asleep through the night without feeling groggy the next morning. The blackberry flavor is tasty, and the texture is soft and chewy. The packaging is compact and easy to store, and I think the price is fair for the effectiveness. I stopped using these. For short time use, it works really really well. But after about a week or so of taking them, I stopped noticing the effects. Obvi you’re not supposed to be reliant on melatonin, but your body does get use to it.

I spend most of my day with energy drinks or pre workout for the gym. I’ve tried a lot melatonin supplements but this one I can feel it working within 15 min of taking it. The flavor is nice and not too strong, and the gummy’s are soft so not too much chewing.

I am a flight attendant and often have to sleep at any hour of the day, these are my go to melatonin gummies. They taste like candy and stay fresh for so long. Usually only takes about 30 minutes and i’m out zzzzz.
