    Delicious with only two ingredients

The rough texture allows the sauce to stick better. The mild nutty flavor is delicious and pairs well with any sauce and additional ingredients. I like that they are gluten free yet super delicious, made with only two simple ingredients and even produced in Italy.

    Best tasting gluten free pasta out there

However, when I added tomato sauce, it tasted very similar to regular wheat pasta. The texture is also close to traditional pasta and it holds sauce well. I also like that the ingredients are simple, just brown rice and chickpeas. Nutritionally, it’s fairly close to standard pasta, with similar protein and carbohydrate content.

    Good healthy alternative

    A great alternative to regular pasta!
