Very tasty! Just the right amount of heat and sweet. Definitely spicy, but not too spicy. It's extremely high in sodium which is bad. I was going to give 3 stars because of the high sodium, but I decided to rate the flavor more than it being unhealthy. It is a tasty quick meal.

Delicious quick meal option
Saw these at target and they looked interesting so I decided to try it. Its kind of pricy being $9.99 for only 4, but it is delicious. The noodles are easy to make. I didn't want to make them over the stove so I filled a large ceramic bowl with water, boiled it in the microwave, added the noodles and continued to boil in the microwave on full power for 4 min. Stopped at the half way mark to stir the noodles so they wouldn't stick together. Noodles turned out perfect, not too hard, not too soft. The flavor packet was a nice balance of sweet and spicy. To elevate the meal a little and make it more nutrionally balanced, I added a hard boiled egg and shredded chicken. An easy, tasty meal. I just wish it was a little more cost effective. I'll have to keep an eye out for a deal or sale.

Takes 6 minutes to tender (not too soft), 4 minutes al dente. Paired these delicious noodles with spicy vegan chicken tenders sliced to fit the occasion. Sesame seeds and scallions garnish. Literally 10 minutes to gourmet. Chef’s kiss!!!

This is my second order of the sweet and spicy noodles. I really like this flavor. It’s mild, not very spicy but flavorful. I did recently purchase the tingly chili noodles and probably won’t repurchase that flavor. The noodles are good and perfectly cooked in 5-6 minutes. Be advised these are high in sodium. The sauce doesn’t taste overally salty but the package says 61% sodium daily value. I will purchase again. I continue to find myself reaching for these! 4 stars instead of 5 because the sodium content is a little too high.

Dislike the New Recipe
I have been buying the Sweet and Spicy noodles for several months but sometime in September Momofuku changed their recipe and ingredients. The sauce tastes more like soy sauce and sugar and the noodles now stick together no matter how much I try to separate them while cooking. Once a craveable meal, now it just disappoints.

Love the new noodles and flavor! I do think it's a bit spicier than a level 2, as the package says, but the noodles are delicious. I like the wider noodles and I think they have a better texture than before.
