Actually mini pills! Also allergy friendly, which is why I ordered. This brand is great but you should see how few pills come in a bottle. I ordered a years supply and managed to fit 6-8 packs into a single bottle, no need to waste so much plastic! Please fill up bottles, save resources, and charge half? No way it costs $150 to make so few pills. 🤪

I love my vegan supplements from sports research.
I love sports research brand of supplements. Especially since I am vegan and gluten free, which makes it difficult to find vitamins that match my dietary needs and this one checks all the boxes.

Sports Research is my favorite supplement brand and I am stoked to have them at Target now! I've taken Vitamin D before but not combined with K2 and I didn't even know it was important to take them together until I started learning more and now I'll never take them separate. I've been taking them daily and I'm grateful these are little pills haha, they're easy to swallow and it's easy to add them into my routine. I'm grateful to have the vitamins I need from a brand I trust.

Approved by my PCP
D3 +K2 was recommended by my family doc for my low vitamin D level & to help with arthritis. When I showed this vitamin to my doc, it was quickly approved & I was told it is an excellent combination. When I had to stop my Omega 3's & this for hip replacementsurgery, I could tell a big difference in my arthritic pain. I would strongly recommend these D3+K2, as well as Sports Research Omega 3 supplements, if you need help with your vitamin D replacement & Omega 3's for arthritis
