Works well; however difficult to read settings on the dial, also clips to hang garment (ie.pants) is akward and difficult to clip garment to - would be easier if clips hung below bar and not on the bar

It heats up quickly and produces a strong, consistent steam that removes wrinkles effortlessly, even on thicker fabrics like suits and jackets. The upright design is super convenient and makes steaming clothes much easier compared to handheld options. The multiple settings are a great feature, allowing me to adjust depending on the fabric, and I really appreciate the auto shut-off for safety. The water tank is also a good size, so I don’t have to refill it constantly.

The steamer worked great, was easy to assemble, and so easy to use. Love the amount of water it holds to use for multiple garments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a garment steamer for years and I sing their praises to anyone who will listen. This steamer has a temperature control dial, just like an iron and it has a built in hanger with the clip option for pants. I never wanted nor cared if the steamer had the built in hanger until I used this one, I will never use another steamer that does not have this feature. It prevents the garment from flopping around and falling off the hanger or falling off the steamer however it isn’t as easy as just turning the garment around with the hanger but I will take the trade off. This steamer heats up very quickly and the white and gold make it very stylish if you need to leave it out. So far the one improvement needed that I have noticed is the water tank. For optimal performance of a garment steamer distilled water should really be used unfortunately the water tank in this steamer is angled so it is a little more difficult to fill it but definitely much easier to fill if someone holds the take and someone else pours the water. So far I have had very good luck with my garment steamers lasting many years so hopefully this one follows suit. If you have to iron anything, stop and go get this steamer!!!!

We received this steamer as a gift and have loved it! It's been reliable and works amazing. We've had other handheld steamers and they would stop working unlike this one. Great brand!

i love love this steamer - not only is it beautiful but it is also super powerful - it very quickly straightened out my long silk dress in just a few minutes. the overall quality and durability is impressive - the hose is thick and woven, and the steam nozzle is a durable stainless steel that glides over my dresses.... the pole is very sturdy stainless steel too and it twists in place, it gives a very clean and polished look. Love how the water tank is super large and beautiful... love it and totally recommend. wish all home appliances could look this good!

It was pretty easy to put together and figure out how to use it. It is a little big so awkward to store places but it rolls and moves easily. It automatically shuts off when out of water but gives you warnings. Seems very well made l, as if it would last awhile if we're taken care of.

I normally dread ironing because you have to get out the ironing board, wait for the iron to heat up, and lay the clothes out just right so they don’t get creases. This steamer makes it so much easier to get wrinkles out. It was very easy to put together. The pole is adjustable. I like that it has a built in clothes hanger. The water tank lifts off from the unit for easy filling. The steamer has 9 different settings for different fabrics. It heats up quickly and is very easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't care for ironing it's a pain especially window curtains, they are impossible to clean or get wrinkles out without but using this steamer I'm able to wash and let the curtains dry before steaming them to get all the wrinkles out.
