I bought to use at a veteran organization convention to do the flags. I had to steam all the wrinkles out of the flags. Sometimes the heat got a Lil to hot and we had to turn off for a min. I thought i did my due diligence on researching for the perfect steamer but after I opened it up I figured out it didn't have different heats at convention. So there was no returning.

My only complaint is the brush/creaser brush bristles are all deformed

Good product so far, better than my last one. Has a large water capacity to do lots of garments at once.

So far I’ve used this steamer several times. Powerful, easy to maneuver.

I am a sucker for linen but I love it to be starched and ironed and I would take my white blouses and tops to the dry cleaners to get that ironed, starched and smooth look. Well, NO MORE DRY CLEANERS! With this upright steamer, my blouses and tops look amazing and ready to wear in seconds. I thought there would be a learning curve but after selecting the linen setting (there are multiple settings for many fabrics), the wand was hot and ready to go. Check out these before and after photos. I am ready to go to town on all my wrinkled tops and pants. What an investment!

Assembly instructions were easy to follow. I appreciated the visual guidance immensely as I rely on visuals a lot. The steamer was quick to set up. One feature I like a lot is with the hanger attachment, it’s not stuck to “must face one side or else it won’t work” — you’re able to have the hanger be on either side of the steamer. I personally prefer having the hanger attachment on the opposite side of where the hose is attached to the water source. As for actually using the product, it’s easy and quick to use. There’s three different settings for the dial — either low (1), mid (2), or high (3). I personally gravitate towards the mid steam setting the most as I’ve found it reliable in my adventures using it! It doesn’t take long at all to heat up — about 50-60 seconds. The steam comes out super fast! I definitely recommend giving this product a try. I’m amazed at how this got rid of the incredibly-stubborn wrinkles of my linen shorts!

I needed to replace a steamer that would only turn on sometimes. I chose this one because of it's longer steaming time. I love it!

Just setup my new home steamer. Setup was easy with simple to follow instructions. I’ve tested the steamer on a few garments, and so far I’m very satisfied.

Fast, efficient steamer with a bonus feature - the head has a clamping feature that make crisp creases. I use it for shirt sleeve creases and plackets. It looks like I ironed!

I love this streamer so much that I purchased one for each of my homes

So good I bought a second one for a different house because I couldn’t live without it!

So far so good, used it on curtains and drapes. Wish the hose was longer though

Just got it and used it to steam 3 linen suits and 2 linen shirts. Easy peasy

I haven’t had this product long enough to really give it an honest review as far as how well it’s going to hold up, but as far as functionality goes, it does a good job. I like that the pole is telescopic so I don’t have to leave it extended all the time and I like the detachable brush feature. Time will tell, but so far I am pleased!

It was nice to use on blouses but the clips for pants are hard to open to hold anything.

Steams everything! Game changer from my hand held steamer!

I appreciate many of this steamer’s features: foot pedal, automatic shut off, signal to refill water and overall sturdiness. This steamer does disappoint.

Haven’t been able to use it yet but it looks like it can do the job!
