Definitely give yourself at least 8 hours to sleep though. If you have to wake up sooner than that, might be a little groggy. The pills themselves are small and easy to swallow. There is just something satisfying about the way it feels while swallowing it and doesn't leave that gross bitter taste on your tongue that you sometimes get from the latter. It's weirdly a pretty blue color, too, lol. When it comes to the pill, it does what it says. I took a couple before bed a couple of days ago when I had a headache, and I fell asleep shortly after. I like that it's a combination pain reliever as well as nighttime aid; 2 birds, 1 stone. My husband and I are both night owls, and working in the service industry has us going to bed anywhere from 2AM to 4AM sometimes, so it's nice to have something to help out a little on the tougher nights.
