Description

Sharp, high-performance trimming shears feature rounded tips that curve away to safely trim fur around the eyes, nose, and ears. Crafted with curved blades to guide shaping your best friend's body hair. Lightweight shears feature removable finger rests and rubber grips for added comfort and control. Ideal for medium to large dogs over 30 lbs.

How to Use:
1. Start by brushing the coat, ensuring its clean and free of any knots.
2. Hold shears with your thumb in bottom finger loop and ring finger in top finger loop, resting your little finger on the finger rest.
3. To trim hair and fur around the eyes, nose and ears, use the rounded tips facing away from the face to keep your pet safe and comfortable while grooming.
4. To trim hair and fur around the face and body, place the rounded tips facing toward the skin to help guide the shaping process. Using the full blade trim in small sections into desired length and shape.

Tool Care: Clean shears with alcohol or peroxide after each use. Stainless Steel Shears can be sanitized in an autoclave or barbicide, if finger grips are removed.

Dog scissors review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I really liked the product. The longer grooming shears made it easier to trim my 50 lb. Border Collie. Worked really well behind the leg area and to also trim whiskers on the chin area. Will definitely be using these for my dog grooming needs in the near future.

Excellent scissors!

I love these shears because their slenderness makes them very deft, despite the long blades. They are very easy to maneuver because of the curve. If I had any small quibble, it would be the rubber on the handle is a little uthin and not the most comfortable, but I do like how easy they make maneuvering the blade. My boy is dapper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start this review of by saying that I am impressed with these Tweezerman Precision Curved 9" Grooming Shears! Just sitting in the box alone these things look nice. Right out of the box they have a nice heavy and well built feel to them. Shears fit tightly together and they are nice and sharp so please be careful! The blades are curved so it makes it easier to reach under, over, or around to get those perfect angles that's hard to reach. The tips of the blades are rounded to make it hard to accidentally cut or poke your pet with the shears. These shears are for medium to large dogs or cats over 30 pounds.

Happily surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these scissors and wasn’t sure about the curve of the blades, or necessity or the rounded tip. But I actually really liked both features. It was nice to not worry about accidentally jabbing my wiggly dog as I trimmed out some burs in her fur, and the curve blade did make it easier getting close to the body. Nice and sharp too.
