A: Not recommended as a "standard" vinyl measurements are 12x12 and the weight would eventually collapse the shelf if your collection got big enough

A gem in a budget
I assembled it alone. You do need a hammer only for the 3 paper covers in the back. I used the back of a knife, worked just fine. A screwdriver is enough for the shelf itself. Followed the instructions properly, no need to use force anywhere. Not wobbly at all. Was almost going to not buy it because of other reviews.

Easy assembly
Despite some reviews stating difficult assembly, I found this to be the easiest furniture I’ve ever built! I had the entire 3x3 size assembled within 15 minutes. The only time consuming portion was nailing in the backing boards, which was still simple, just took a lot of time. For the price it honestly can’t be beat! Just follow the instructions closely and take your time.

Love this product have it both at home and in my classroom but the problem I have with it is the box says hardware is included but there’s nothing there. After looking through everything on the details I found that it says tools not included but if that’s the case then the box needs to reflect that and you need to make it more visible rather than having to search for the details.

The book shelf I got was one with three shelfs and it was on sale for $20.00. I like thisproduct but I do not love this product. You really get what you pay for. Unfortunetly the back part of the shelf is cheap thickish cardboard. No tools were provided (you are going to need a hammer for the back of the shelf).
