Q: how do you mount this on a wall?

A: I used 3M picture hanging strips. The large size. The mirror is light and easy to hang.

submitted byJoe - 3 years agoTarget staff supportA: I tried using Velcro to hang this mirror, but it fell down. I even spent another $10 to buy more Velcro, so now this mirror has cost me about $18 instead of $8. At least, it should have hooker.

A: We used the mirror hanging hardware - clear plastic little screw in to the wall mounts - which we found on the aisle with the nails, screws, etc.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was super excited to buy this mirror because it was on sale for like $5. It was already flimsy from the start so I was wary about it. I set it up using command strips and sticky tack since it can’t be nailed into the wall. It ended up staying on for the night. It’s current 1:30 am and the mirror didn’t even last a full 24 hours on the wall. It woke me up and made an extremely loud crashing sound. I turned it around and it was completely shattered and I had to vacuum the glass shards off of my carpet which was really hard since it broke into little pieces. This is your sign to shell out just a bit more money for a mirror that’s sturdy from the start and comes with mounting tools. Even if you’re like me, a broke college student, it’s worth it to have a mirror that will last you ten years instead of a quarter of a day. What a waste since I bought this mirror with a gift card I got for college.
