while the rug is exactly what I wanted and the size is right for my room and good quality the shipper wrapped it in a single layer of light plastic which was damaged during shipping and resulted in quite a bit of soil along one edge of the rug

I bought this rug in gray for kids hangout spot. It's super soft and fluffy. It's easy enough to clean. Kids love it. It does shed a little at first, but a good vacuum solves that.

The rug is really cute when you first get it it’s soft it’s fluffy. It looks nice in a space the issue is that once you do get it it is only good if you don’t plan on walking on it or keeping it in an area where there is heavy foot traffic. I got this for my bedroom and it sits next to my bed. It is completely matted. Looks nothing like when I first bought it to the point where it’s no longer looks good in the space. In the picture, you can see the area where it is not walked on. It still looks good as the day it was bought, but the areas where it is walked on are ruined. And I’ve only had this rug out for four months not even a year of use.

For the price, this rug was junk. It’s packaged poorly and was filthy when it arrived. I’m sure the rug was this way when it left the store because there are other reviews stating the same. There’s no way it got this dirty from being on a truck for 1 day. What a pitiful waste of money and time.

Bought on target.com and they shipped it without putting it in any packaging to protect it from getting dirty. Arrived off the UPS truck filthy!

this rug isn’t that dark nor is it that dense in fibers. It’s soft but the quality just isn’t there

ordered three times and every time it was delivered with one end open and the entire end of the rug covered in black dirt/dust/etc.

Love, love, love this plush shag rug! I would buy another but am waiting for another sale. It is beautiful and just as described: soft, stays in place, great quality, and machine washable.

I had bought this rug twice already and the rug itself is great. But my third purchase they sent a rug that was completely stained. Very disappointed in customer service. Not sure how they can send out a stained rug to a devoted customer

This rug looks amazing in my room!

Bought this to put on my wooden floor, so my senior dog doesn’t slip. Works out great! Back has grips, so it won’t move. To clean, I throw it in the washer under delicates, and air dry. Cleaning it that way, keeps the pile all fluffy!
