I bought this and within 2 months it faded even though it is supposedly fade resistant - I called target and they told me I probably got a bad pc. Since it was out of stock that I should wait until it comes back into stock and exchange it and it has a 2 year warranty. So it has been sitting in my garage. I mean I love the rug but I got a bad one - and when it came into stock I call customer service at target again and they refuse to exchange it. They said nope! The review is more @target for telling me one thing and then doing another. Be aware just get the refund and send it back.

The description of this product is a bit confusing. The design is beautiful but once I opened it up. I realized this is a very shaggy/stringy rug which is not what works for us. I read the description multiple times and no where did it say it was a shag rug.

The area rug is very nice! The problem is with the delivery it says it delivers to your front door… but if your in an apartment complex building they will drop it off outside so make sure you have someone that can move it. As a disabled veteran it was very humiliating to have to find someone in my building and pay to move it upstairs to the 4th floor!

I bought this back in February and although I love the design the quality isn’t that great for the price. I’m constantly having to pick these threads up all over the rug because it’s coming apart already. It’s also difficult to clean and it already doesn’t feel as soft and comfortable like it did brand new.

Rug fell apart along the edge immediately. Completely unraveled and won’t last. Nothing can be done through online support so I have to lug the rug back into the store to get any help. Extremely disappointed that this very expensive rug is so poorly made and that target still sells it after numerous reports of it falling apart. DON’T BUY IT.
