love this rug for my hallways

I returned this item, and UPS shows that Target received it two days ago, but my refund still hasn’t been processed. When I contacted customer service, they told me to wait 10 more business days, which doesn’t match what Target’s website says, it clearly states that refunds are processed as soon as the return is received. It’s very frustrating to have to wait so long, especially since sometimes after waiting for many days, it turns out there was a mistake on Target’s end. I just want to know when I’ll actually receive my refund.

Simple but fulfills its purpose

LOVE this rug! So do our cats! That's why I love that it is OEKO-TEX certified for peace of mind. The pattern in the texture of this rug give it some visual interest, even though it is a solid color. The pile is just right and the rug is really soft. Being machine washable is another great feature. Super happy with my purchase!

Get value rugs that are washable.

Looks dirty and possibly used - will clean. Not worth the amount of time it took to get.

Threads pull out too easily. Washing is also not as easy as tag states

It seems like a nice rug, but it was delivered wrapped in plastic with a small tear in it where some fabric had pulled out. It was worse than that though. After looking closer, I realized the rug was filthy. It looked like it had been heavily used and returned. There was a big grey strip, the edge was brown, and there was dried leaves in the plastic. Some small bits of leaf debris were stuck in the rug. I was really disappointed. I'd used a promo code to get a good price on it and now I have to return and either pay full price or skip it all together. It seems like it would be a nice rug. It's a shame Target couldn't be trusted to not ship me a used, dirty area rug. If it's not available in store, maybe don't risk it.

I feel the tufted rug is comfortable to walk on, durable and machine washable with front end loader washers. That is what I was looking for. I highly recommend

This rug feels so good on the feet! I am currently using it as a litter mat for my cats. I like that the pile isn’t too high, but it’s not thin and is thick and good material. I’m obsessed with it! I love the gray too it’s dark in person.

The weave in rug is very good color is pretty this is my second set of these rugs the first set was a creamy beige

Looks nice but can’t use beater bar when vacuuming - causes threads to pull out.

This is a great little rug for my entryway to my garage.

I've been looking for a basic entryway rug that isn't too pricey and this is perfect! It's nice quality for what you pay for. It does get easily dirty if that is something you don't like, i'm not sure how it would hold up in a washing machine as it is quite thick and sturdy.

I washed this rug in my high capacity washer per the instructions, but the backing fell apart & crumbled everywhere! Such a mess! I do not recommend this larger sized rug. (The smaller sizes of this same rug wash just fine.)

The shipping from Charlotte is horrible. It always says 2 day shipping it never comes that fast. EVER!!!

This is a nice rug for the money. Solid color with a small repeated pattern. It vacuums up nicely, but I haven't tried to wash it yet.

Our rug arrived in an unsealed, open bag. The UPS guy said do you even want this? I needed it that day or I would’ve returned it. Dirty & stained in one section because of it too.

I ordered a rug online Aug. 1 it is now Aug.11 and the order has been delayed. I want my money back since the order is delayed.
