Fan is amazing..the remote is worthless
Love this fan! It gorgeous and really moves the air. I'm having issues with the remote though. It fights itself on which way to go then it decides to turn the opposite way I want and I can't figure out how to change it. The reverse button isn't doing anything. Where is a manual for that?

The fan is very nice looking but there is hardly any airflow. We had it professionally installed so we know it is put up correctly. If you turn it on high, you can feel it a little bit but as big as it is and how much it cost you would think it would put some air out. Also have issues with the remote at times. If the power goes out or the fan turns off for whatever reason, it takes about 10 min before the remote will finally turn it back on. If you turn it off with the remote, there is no issue.

The fan has a really hard time at first with which direction its supposed to spin. It also makes a clunking sound at higher speeds.

All pros... No cons....
Flawless. Heavy duty. Anticipate years of use. All remote options work. Silent operation. Perfectly balanced out of the box. Low speed is for looks while high moves plenty of air. I made the right call purchasing this 84". Thanks.

Looks great, quiet, doesn't move much air. Hanging on a 2 foot long downrod. Replaced the little rod included with the fan in hopes it would improve the effectiveness of the fan. No luck. Nice fan, just doesn't move much air.

Great with flaws
5 stars if you want the fan to move in one direction which is the right direction. But if you want it to move in the opposite direction " which they have a button on the remote for " it will not move to suck up the air. I can't add a link since I have to add it to YouTube rather than letting me upload the video here

Would not buy again.
Well built fan. Does not move as much air as I would expect for an 84" at max speed.
