Great skin protection and highly effective for healing. Product is a smooth cream gel like substance that prote ta from moisture irritation. No smell at all. Comes in a nice squeeze tube.

Effective. Squeeze tube packaging. No harsh ingredients. Gets the job done. There really isn’t much of a scent either which is better than the Destin smell in my opinion.

primary active ingredients in A&D Original Ointment are petrolatum and lanolin, which create a protective barrier on the skin. The vitamins A and D are included as inactive ingredients, often derived from cod liver. Smells like a light lavender smell it doesn’t smell bad at all smells like a good ointment highly recommend this product for diaper rash or even dry skin

Runny and ineffective. They shouldn't have changed the formula.

My kids suffer from the occasional diaper rash during the summer heat. This cream is thick and creamy which provides the perfect barrier. It seems to help relieve the pain and with applying it a few times the rash goes away. Love this product and having it around for my littles.

They changed the packaging claiming that it's still the same great formula. Well low and behold, they actually changed the formula too! The new formula is very thin & runny in consistency! It's not like it used to be where it was nice and thick and stayed on and actually provided an effective barrier! It's so thin and runny that when I put it on my finger, if I tilt my finger just a little bit the glob will slide right off my finger! When I spread it on my baby's bum it goes on so sheer like an oil and I feel that it makes my babies bottom red! How is this is any way effective as a barrier? We also keep this tube in our cold AC home so it's not like it's being stored in 90° weather...very disappointing. Why change something that wasn't broken? Sadly I will have to look for a totally new brand and product.

My go to butt cream for my baby, now 1 yr old. This has helped with his butt rash & very effective! Definitely recommend this since I like to use it almost all over my son, even his face as a moisturizer, occasionally.

We love A&D! The nicu recommended this to us & we have went through 2 tubes of this! This works great! My baby doesn't get very many rashes however he has GI issues so when he starts getting a little red this clears it up quick!
