Delicious dinner for one

My favorite one!
I added this to my grocery list for the week since I’m going out of town next week and don’t want to buy too much fresh items. I can say that this is by far my favorite one! I grew up on homemade meatloaf and it truly reminded me of it. Seemed super fresh to me considering it’s a frozen item. Taste, consistency, and flavor was all 5 stars for me. Will definitely be getting this more!

Packed with 20g of protein, it makes for a filling and satisfying meal without the guilt. Super easy and convenient to just pop in the microwave, which makes it perfect for busy days when I need something quick. The flavor was spot on comfort food done right. The meatloaf was soft, tender, and practically melted in my mouth. I especially loved that there was plenty of rich gravy to top off the creamy mashed potatoes 😋. The portion size felt just right not too heavy, but enough to leave me satisfied. Definitely one I’ll keep stocked in my freezer!

The serving size is decent for a light meal. The texture of the meatloaf is tender and the mashed potatoes are smooth, but the flavor was a bit plain for my taste. Opening this product and following the easy to follow instructions listed on the box. The meal itself did not look as appetizing as on the box. It’s a good enough option if you’re in a pinch, but not so much if you plan to only eat that as a meal.
