Description
These cross-base umbrella base plate weights are a wonderful solution for weighing down the cross base of a patio umbrella! Sold in a set of 4, choose to use all 4 to weigh down the base or use one on each side to secure an umbrella in place. Each plate features a durable plastic construction to easily withstand harsh outdoor weather and the daily wear of the outdoor elements. These plates also feature an easy-fill spout so each base weight can be filled with up to 33 lbs of water or 50 lbs of sand. In addition, each plate also has a metal handle making the plates easy to carry and place wherever desired. Use these weights for the umbrella on the patio, deck, or backyard, use them on camping trips, festivals, to soccer games, or bring them to a friend's house for their outdoor parties to easily secure any umbrella.

Q: Do these plates sit on top of the cross base that comes with umbrella? Also, I have the rectangular pole so does this fit that stand with pedal to rotate the umbrella?

We filled ours with water and it has worked beautifully. We haven't had any issues with our umbrella at all. Thos product goes above and beyond!

I put sand in mine so I will not have to worry about about them freezing and busting in the winter. They are really heavy so I have no doubt my umbrella will not be falling over even with really gusty winds. I would recommend these for anyone that has had problems with keeping your umbrellas sturdy and upright.

Our Sunnydaze Heavy-Duty Water/Sand Cantilever works well. Wish they connected to each other to remain secure and in place. Heavy winds cause the base to move off the Sunnydaze Offset Patio Umbrella metal base.
