[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very steady and durable product. Im not very excited about the design because I think a lot of pieces will get stuck in the grooves. Maintenance also doesn’t look very easy. You need a special cleaner to clean it once a month. What I dislike the most is the weight. This is VERY heavy.

Very sturdy when cutting. Looks great in my kitchen! Would definitely recommend upgrading your cutting board to one of these John Boos blocks.

The board comes with a complete care kit to treat and care for your cutting block. I was blown away at how much comes with the cutting block. I use this cutting block almost every day and you can barely tell that it has been used. It is easy to clean and if treated properly with the included products it will last for years!! I definitely recommend Boos Block to everyone!! You will never want to buy a different cutting block again!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not you average cutting board. This is a great piece of workmanship that needs the same attention to maintain. I followed the directions before use and have followed the maintenance directions after use and so far so good. It is a beautiful board and is wonderful to cut on. The board is very heavy so it's not easy to move around. I gave it 4 stars because my board looks like they put 2 different boards together and is not aesthetically pleasing. To me that's a big disappointment. This would be a board that I would shop for in person to pick out exactly what I wanted. The photos show the board before it seasoned and after.

The board has slots/handle cut into it on the side for easy carrying. You can cut you r meat and bring this board right to the table for beautiful presentation. Board also came with product to treat it. Makes it look like new every time I use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I have purchased different cutting boards and the quality doesn’t even come close to this boos block maple cutting board. After using any wood cutting board I am always a little weary that it isn’t coming clean because the I always though the wood would absorb any excess moisture, but this cutting board has a cleaning care kit that disinfects and also preserves it. This wood is super smooth and very durable. I would highly recommend this cutting board to anyone, it will last forever.

It's a heavy duty board that will probably last me a lifetime. It reminds me of the cutting board my dad had while I grew up. One side even has a no drip. Super easy to clean. Upkeep with the cleaning products and keeping it oiled ever so often is necessary. I would highly recommend it. Especially if you cook like me.

You can feel the difference immediately between this cutting board and other brands. It's solid heavy maple and has a very large cutting surface which I appreciate. You can cut up several vegetables at one time on this board at a time. I love the grooves to catch any liquid that comes out of whatever you are chopping. What a beautiful board
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This board is a showpiece. It's big, I think 1.5" thick, and absolutely gorgeous. It makes cutting dinner a pleasure. I love the way it feels to cut on wood, and this is such a solid board. I've been oiling it regularly and the color absolutely shines. It's so deep and rich. I love the grooves around bc I do a fair bit of messy chopping, and it makes cleanup a breeze. No more mess on the counter.
