These are round and bright red and sweet. Too close to candy and too close to ibuprofen. Why add dyes to OTC medication anyway?

These work fine, but I don't understand why they have this particular coating. They're the same size and color as red M&Ms and THEY TASTE SWEET. This seems like an accidental poisoning waiting to happen. If there are ever any small children in your home, I recommend finding a different brand, just in case.

So many reviews knocking the red dye. Why would they even use that? And since when does a coating need to be sweetened? It works, but I won't buy this brand again until they dump the coating.

These are the same product as the caplets, but Target has decided to continue to use red 40 in the tablet formulation. Unfortunately I purchased a whole 500 pack. I just try to avoid red 40 as much as possible so buyer beware

Works great, great price. Yes it’s coated with red dye but that’s to make it look identical to Tylenol extra Strength Coated Tablets (acetaminophen) which are also red. The red dye is FD&C #40 in both.

Why would they coat these in red dye? And there is a sweet taste to them. WHY?? So kids will want to take them? They work but, I will be lucky to not initially confuse them with my Ibuprofen. (Until I taste the sugary coating but by then, it will be too late.)

These are round dark red tablets. 0/10 would not recommend. They look too close to ibuprofen. These should be the standard elongated white tablets for medication safety. Plus, who needs dyes in their medication. Waste of money and terrible filler ingredient.
