So refreshing is this green:) I just finished a bottle of the 'blue' and welcomed this change in flavor. I only use Act. I am 69 and Act mouthwash is the only mouthwash I will use. It is true...My dentist does recommend Act.

ACT is the best solution for sensitive gum. If you want more fluoride, etc., there are other mouthwash. But this is the one if you want to calm any exposed nerves around the gum line.
