New formula is terrible
I've bought this shampoo for years and recently my last bottle had a very different formula. The consistency is thick and almost glue like and it does not lather like the old formula either. I noticed after washing my hair with it I had many tangles and knots in it and found that it left a weird slick, almost wax-like residue on my hair. I will be throwing this in the trash. What a waste of money and a disappointment. I wish companies would stop changing a good formula.

There is absolutely no lather in this shampoo which makes it very difficult to work with and spread around my scalp and hair. After rinsing my hair felt void of all moisture and reminded me of plastic doll hair.

New formula causes hives
I LOVED this shampoo and used it for years. I noticed the new packaging and thought it looked great, what a nice change. Then I noticed I wasn't feeling well for the last week, and it finally dawned on me today that this is worst right after washing my hair. The cute new bottle comes with a major downgrade in ingredients that make me break out in hives and cause a whole host of other reactions. A warning about a new formula on the bottle would have been nice! I use Acure skincare and feel upset enough not to purchase anything from this brand again.

Very effective volumizer for thinning hair
I love this shampoo by Acure. It really does have volume to my hair. It doesn’t go flat the next day and stilll has volume. I have tried so many other brands to increase volume, but this does work. I don’t have to worry about all the other chemicals that are in other shampoos.

Broken hairs on top of head
I bought this because I liked acure’s hydrating yellow bottle of shampoo. I wanted to try this blue bottle for more volume. I didn’t change anything else about my routine. I noticed after a few weeks of use that I now have a ton of broken off hairs on the top of my head. like at least 20 and they stick straight up! Broken down to an inch or two in length. I’ve never had this problem before so it’s definitely from using this shampoo. I have thin fine hair, beware.

Leaves my hair clean and doesn't weigh it down
I was having issues with other shampoos leaving my hair oily after just washing it, and this one doesn't do that. My hair is soft and feels healthy. I usually wash twice a week without issue. My dandruff seems to be improving as well. Love the clean ingredients!

This is a dream shampoo! I am very sensitive to fragrance but this smells so good, light & minty! I also have an oily, itchy scalp and this helps tremendously. I also adore the conditioner. Acure, please never stop making this line!
