Once applied, it gives a nice cooling sensation that feels refreshing without being overpowering. The smell isn't bad at all (a huge plus for me ). It definitely gives a light numbing effect and you can feel it targeting the sore area right away. The only downside is that the effect doesn't last super long but while it's working, it really helps ease aches, sprains, and muscle tension. Great for quick relief when you need it! Would I recommend? Yes, especially if you're looking for something lightweight, on the go, and soothing for sore muscles or everyday aches.
