Q: Ours appears to have stopped working. We changed the refill & when it's time to spray the mist, the gears make a sound as if it's stuck, & doesn't mist anything. And it does it no matter the interval.

Worst Product - doesn't work very long
So disappointed . Bought 3 of these for pet odor control and they were working great . I have had them for about a month and now I went to change the batteries and add new airfreshner and NONE of them work . Its not a battery issue its a function issue so 30 plus dollars later I am out of luck .

Smells great. It is very loud when it sprays but my cat doesn’t mind. It shocks him more than anything. I actually think he enjoys the smell and it doesn’t bother him. Completely eliminated the odor in the living room. No matter how much I vacuumed or cleaned the floors there was always a slight smell, but now it smells very fresh and clean. So grateful!

Love this i have one for each room beware i have a large home
My mom has been using this for years. I finally decided to give it a try, it works wonders I see a lot of people saying it doesn’t work. There is a red tag by the batteries that you have to remove… before you insert the spray be sure to actually press down and spray it. Once you see it works enter it the correct way, facing forward and close it up. U will smell it within seconds

I ordered this online for shipping due to my nearby store not having it in stock I patiently waited for it, than I got it threw away the box and set it up just to find out that it doesn’t work. The motor makes the noise like it’s working but the spray doesn’t spray 😩

Probably would not buy again
The spray container is supposed to sit in the plastic cover with a battery operated lever that cycles through to ‘press’ the spray container nozzle. This doesn’t happen like it should so I’ve have to rig the inside of the plastic cover so the spray container sits properly and therefore sprays properly. A bit of a pain.

Not Worth It
This is basically a machine that presses the button on a can of fragrance spray for you. I was thinking it would be quiet and steady scent, but it sprays loudly every 40 minutes on the slowest setting. I basically just turn it on when I need it, wait for it to spray, and then turn it off. It would be easier and faster to use a fragrance spray.

Great pet-safe option to manage cat/dog smells
Love this thing for my cats! I have a litter box in my small bedroom and this has helped with the smell. Almost all "scent options" (like room sprays, candles, wall plug ins) contain ingredients that can harm your pet, so it is nice to have a pet-safe option (but always talk to your vet!). The smell is a nice linen-y scent that no one will really find offensive. Depending on how strong you want it, you can adjust the timing to have it spray every 9, 15, or 40 minutes. When my cat has a particularly stinky bathroom situation, I'll switch it to every 9 min until the smell disappears, but I almost always just leave it on 40.

Great while it lasted but it didn't last.
Stopping functioning after about 2-3 weeks. I tried changing the battery and the refill but no dice. It makes noise like it’s going to spray but it doesn’t, and I tried adding cardboard to lift the can closer to the mechanism. I ended up calling Airwick and was offered a refund. I’m not sure if I want to buy another but now I have these refill cans I can’t use in another device.
