    Keep These Handy!

    These are great to keep in your purse, diaper bag, or even better you Bible carrier case! I do this so after my church coffee I have something that actually freshens my breath!

    Tummy hurt? Anxious? More Than Breath Mints

    Altoids have an amazing, and underrated appeal. For one, they truly settle your stomach. It’s peppermint oil in a sugar cube lol And, if you’re prone to anxiety, the jolt of yummm peppermint, can trigger the vagus nerve to redirect to your prefrontal cortex!

    I can’t live without peppermint Altoids

    I buy Altoids at least once a week. Sometimes I have to buy them twice a week. I eat maybe 20 of them a day typically. Some of my friends think I have a problem, but I do not. It is simply an unending love for these delightful morsels of minty sugar. Also, classic peppermint is the best.

    Still a favorite

    I still like Altoids but I think that they have become stronger than the first boxes that I bought. I like very much that they are not dyed! I also like very much that one of the ingredients is Oil of Peppermint! Oil of peppermint used to be listed as the second ingredient. Now it is listed third as part of "natural flavors". I wonder if the formula has changed over the years.

    Leaves you breath nice and minty. Not too sweet or sugary. Small and easy to have in your mouth. Leaves you with a minty aftertaste. The packaging is also cute and durable. You can do the TikTok trend and make it a cute little trinket box to carry in your bag.
