I loved the sleek look and it got my hair straight and dry. However, it cracked. I went to purchase the same dryer….cracked in the same spot. So that was wasted money.

This is a good dryer straightens your hair good butvitbis not durable. Mine has cracked at the bottom where the comb attaches. I have only had it a few months and only used it about 4 times

Listen to the 1 star reviews. The tip cracked after the second use with attachment and completely broke off during my third use. No longer can use attachments. Not worth the money.

The dryer itself is fine but with normal wear and tear (use every 2 days), the tip of the dryer broke off and I’m no longer able to connect the attachments.

This hair dryer is falling apart. I use this hair dryer very rarely. I’ve had it since January this year and the lettering rubbed off almost immediately. A couple of months in, the end where the heat comes out started cracking and just today I heard something rattling inside the dryer. When I investigated further, I noticed that a bracket that holds on the exterior dust collector broke off while I was holding the dryer. I feel like this is unacceptable as my last hair dryer from Sally Beauty lasted 5+ years with heavy use everyday and was cheaper. I guess I’m going back to Sally now.

I’ve purchased two of these not even 2 months apart and the edge of it always cracks. Will never buy again. The heat quality is very good but the dryer itself it trash.

I've bought this dryer twice now. First one was fine, second not so much. It does take a while to dry my hair, but I have insanely thick and long hair so that could either be on me or the dryer. It got knocked off my counter and the nozzle shattered, so I bought a replacement. The replacement was fine for a few months of occasional use (once a week or so for the 7 months I've had it, never dropped), until one day with no warning the handle suddenly got incredibly hot after only running for about 2 minutes. By the time I registered "ow hot" and unplugged it, smoke started pouring from behind the bottom switch. I wish I felt comfortable getting this again because it's a great price and does a passable job, but I'm not willing to take the risk on a third.

I actually love this hair dryer. 2 speeds, high low. But it has warm, hot, cool settings, which I've never had with a hair dryer before. Very nice. I only wish it came with a diffuser . But, it really made my hair feel beautiful and did not dry it out. I'm surprised it hasn't gotten more likes. Try this one out, guys. You'll love it.

I liked the heat settings, but the comb attachment broke off every time I’d try and pass it through my hair and was just flimsy overall.

Bought in January. Used it only a few times. I don't like putting too much heat on my hair. Pulled it out today in April and I notice cracks amd pieces of plastic falling off. I'm going to try to return it. Unacceptable.

Having long wavy hair i found the dryer doesn't run very hot. Temperature is not consistent. The upper part of dryer is too long. My wrist remains at an uncomfortable angle in order to get the full flow of air. I've kept it as a backup, but there are better performing dryers at similar price point.

Great hair dryer! I love that you can control the power and temperature. The attachments are nice but they do seem difficult to remove and i don’t have high hopes that the thinner plastic around the rims will hold up very long. Not a biggie for me.
