Description
The Antennas Direct® ClearStream® 4 UHF indoor/outdoor HDTV antenna uses 4 of our patented loops to receive TV signals 70+ miles away from broadcast towers. This TV antenna offers enhanced reception of UHF broadcast television channels, thanks to reflectors which add forward gain and focus the antenna's power to protect the incoming TV signal from interference that causes pixelation or a complete loss of picture. It is ideal for rural or suburban areas where heavy foliage or roofing materials between your antenna and the TV towers can interfere with reception. It includes a 20-in. mast with pivoting base for installation on vertical or horizontal surfaces indoors, in an attic, or outdoors. If you had cable or satellite installed before, the coaxial cable needed to distribute signal throughout your home may already be installed - simply connect the ClearStream® 4 to the existing coaxial cable and you’ve got free local TV in crystal clear HD straight from the networks. Find your TV channels and towers on our website or using our free Antenna Point app on Android™ or iOS™ devices. Coaxial cable sold separately._

Best Anetnna you can buy
I have had this antenna for about five months now and this is the BEST antenna out there. Period. I did a lot of research and have tried a lot of antennas. A quick search for which direction my local broadcasting towers were (ChannelMaster.com is a great site) and I popped it up on my roof and now receive over 30 channels (I didn’t even know I had the ability to get 30!). The towers are in three separate directions from my house and still no problems receiving a great signal. Living in Idaho I deal with the cold, wind, & snow and all have no effect on the signal. I now have the coax split to three separate rooms (it worked perfectly fine with two, then I purchased an in-line amplifier before running it to my 3rd. I never tried it without the amp while splitting 3 times so I can’t tell you for sure if it was that strong on its own). I wish I would have done this years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just have the antenna sitting on a table near the window on the second floor of the condo, and was surprised at how many stations I get. I receive around 55 stations, and they are as clear as cable, but not that many in HD. No cable bill, so I can live without HD.

My 2nd Purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an antenna from Antennas Direct a few years ago for my house and it is still working great. When I decided I would like TV for my detached woodshop, there was only one company I would depend on selling me an awesome antenna and Antennas Direct did not disappoint yet again. Highly recommended.

pulls in 68 stations!
put the antenna up on the side of my house (not the roof) which took about 5 minutes and a few more minutes to run antenna cable. Once channels were pulled on all 4 tvs -- the picture quality on the main channels were excellent. It does everything I want in an antenna

Second best antenna ever
Our existing ClearStream 2V antenna actually performs better than the 4V we just tried. We had hoped for more and better channel reception, but re-installed the 2V after talking to your rep. It seems the 2V is better suited to our situation, despite the description of the 4V which indicated it had better range in rural areas. Fortunately, our purchase price was readily refunded upon returning the 4V; unfortunately, it cost us time and $35 shipping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was quick and easy. Where I am I get about 32 channels. We live about 86 miles from Boston and we get Boston channels 2,4,5,7,25,38 and sometimes 56. Some Main and NH channels. Overall I am quite impressed.

Third purchase of the same antenna.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago when I was just getting started trying to cut the cord. I tried a couple of different antennas and the found the Clear Stream 4. It has provided great reception in all weather conditions. I have had to move a few times for work and on each home I have installed a Clear Stream 4. This time I tried a few different antennas returning each one because of performance. I am again back to the Clear Stream 4. Great product consistent performance.

Powerful Antenna, directional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this antenna in two different homes: one facing the ocean, one in an urban area. When installed on the ocean, and directed towards the over-the-air stations it received 22 stations. When installed in an urban area received only six. My conclusion is that it is very directional.

(no review title)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having some trouble picking up most stations with a mountain in my way so this was the antenna recommended to me. When I first hooked it up, it received great with channels available that I didn't know were available. After a day or two, the channels started to "degrade" and I eventually just got occasional reception of some of the channels. After talking with a tech, it was felt I'd be better suited with an amp to get better reception. After hooking up the amp, I got terrific reception of all of the channels. After a day or two, the channels started to "degrade" again. After talking with a tech, they felt I would do better with a roof top mount. I bought the mount and installed the antenna on the roof. I lost most of the reception I had had with the antenna on the side of the house. After talking with a tech again, he thought it may be the splitter, so sent me another one. This had no effect on reception, so I put the antenna back on the side of the house, now with some extra holes on the roof for decoration. I have since fought the antenna, occasionally getting some stations, some coming in clear. Now that my return time frame is up, the antenna pretty much will not pick up any stations at all. This was a huge investment gone bust for me. Remember, buyer beware! Keep all of the original boxes so you can send it back. If the antenna had not lost signal and stayed as it was when I first installed, I would have given it 5 stars because it was perfect... for a day or two. If you buy and it keeps the reception, it is definitely worth it.

Great products
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own 2 of there antennas and both are amazing products. We had to upgrade to a external antenna when we moved further away from tower. Both are durable and reliable. I will purchase another if the need rises
