A: On WiFi, you can only text other Apple users.

A: If you have the Wifi version and connect your phone's cellular to it it will be able o access your hotsspot

Q: Can you use headphones with this iPad
A: Yes, you can use headphones with this iPad as long as your headphones is bluetooth-enabled. You cannot use headsets that only features a 3.5mm headphone jack because this iPad does not have a 3.5mm headphone port
