My real teal iPhone deal
Great phone with awesome features, I’m not into upgrading unnecessarily but my other phone fell from its holder into our stainless steel sink and broke badly so this was the perfect solution. I love the teal color and the ease of use , the camera is top notch and the storage capacity is great . I hope to rock this phone for years !

I like this phone, but Samsung was better
There is a few issues with my Apple iphone such as the speaker is not shown on my screen with every call. Why is that? I cannot use the MyATTapp to cancel ActiveArmor from one of my ATT accounts (108206661) Please help with this. It was supposed to be FREE.

Love my new iPhone 16!
Overall, very satisfied with my new phone. Easy to transfer and set-up instructions were great. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that it did not come with an adaptor plug (it is not a standard USB cord). Fortunately, I tracked down a USB converter on Amazon.

20+ Years as a Customer. Nothing Changed. (IMO)
In my opinion, It is never easy to do anything with this company. The voice activated system is frustrating. Then I have to wait to be called back 45 mins later. Then I get transferred because that person not help me. Stop me if any of this sounds familiar. I recently upgraded my daughter’s phone and that was a mess from end to end. She’s away at college and her phone broke. I set it up for her to pick-up the new phone near her campus. One would think the old number would have been ported over and full functionality established be fire she left the store. One would thing. It wasn’t until two weeks later with my wife devoting way too much time on the phone with agents, that we even came close. Finally, I was able to use my own technical knowledge to fix things.

Difficult Start
So far all is okay. It is always a bit of a challenge adjusting to a new phone. I have to say it took a few days to decide to keep it. I should have went in to the store for my questions. Friends at work and Youtube helped me.
