Phone was misdelivered yet att is still charging

Phone was misdelivered and returned yet att is still billing me for the phone plan reporting att to bbb due to billing and overcharging and placing billing on my credit knowing I don't have any service with att..my mom marquesa Jones referred me an had the same problem at this point I'm filing for a class action as I'm not the only person who has this issue

Cancel Service

I have been trying to cancel service since the 20th of May with no help at all. With it being that someone else has jacked my.account. Couldn't get into my account cause it kept saying merge with other account. I just had wanted to cancel the service.

Nice phone, wish it was smaller!

The Phone works well and I am enjoying some of the features. Some of the changes from earlier models are not helpful (easy access silent button for one). I wish Apple would still make smaller phones.
