Easy upgrade
Love the color. My old phone was a XS so it’s been awhile and I was concerned about the data transfer accuracy. I just put the two phones near each other and followed the instructions. Didn’t bother with backup and did the slower of the processes which I felt was more my speed. LOL No problems.

Worst upgrade
So basically the only way my daughter can charge the phone since day 1 is wirelessly, she couldn’t use the phone for 2 days when I first got it until I tried charging it wirelessly, it has glitched countless times and wasn’t worth the trouble .

Why do I have to get a new phone every few years?
So much technology these days is designed to become obsolete and not be repaired. I’m so annoyed every time I need to get a new phone. This one is harder to hold and most software changes are net negative. I *hate* the “Liquid Glass” and had to find a weird workaround to minimize its annoyance level. I wish Apple and other tech companies would respect customers who don’t want to re-learn a new system every couple of years and just offer something steady and basic.
