Why do I have to get a new phone every few years?
So much technology these days is designed to become obsolete and not be repaired. I’m so annoyed every time I need to get a new phone. This one is harder to hold and most software changes are net negative. I *hate* the “Liquid Glass” and had to find a weird workaround to minimize its annoyance level. I wish Apple and other tech companies would respect customers who don’t want to re-learn a new system every couple of years and just offer something steady and basic.

Repeated Complete Network Failures
I purchased this phone in December 2025, and it has gone completely offline at least five times. On each occasion, Wi-Fi, cellular service, and internet access all stopped working for several hours, making it impossible to send or receive calls, texts, WhatsApp messages, or use any apps. This often happened at very inconvenient times. I need to have this phone replaced.

Like almost everything about the phone…
I like almost everything about the phone. Lightweight, nice color, good camera. Biggest complaint is that it has some problems keeping wifi connected. When using the phone, the wifi icon randomly drops from the phone. Seems to do it very frequently when using the speakerphone. Need to turn airplane mode on/off to reconnect, or turn phone on & off. I googled the issue, & it seems to be a problem others have reported. Guess maybe it’s something to bring up w/apple .
