Forced upgrades sux -

Not too impressed for my needs. Battery isn’t as long as i13 with newer features eating up power.

Your data transfer process is JUNK!!!

I purchased this phone 3 weeks ago and I'm still unable to transfer my old phone. I've tried multiple times and visited two ATT stores. I'm on the verge of missing out on my trade-in because your transfer process doesn't work. I cannot use my smart phone for anything other than a telephone as a direct result of this issue.
